Bridging learning gaps for tribal and rural children.
For Ambedkar Foundation, education is not simply about completing school or passing examinations. It is about giving children the knowledge, confidence and opportunities they need to shape their own futures. The initiative draws inspiration from the vision of Dr. B. R. Ambedkar, who placed “Educate” at the beginning of his call to “Educate, Agitate, Organise.” Education has the power to challenge generational disadvantage, strengthen self-confidence and enable individuals and communities to participate more fully in social and economic life. By supporting children at the grassroots level, Ambedkar Foundation seeks to make education more accessible, inclusive and sustainable for communities that have historically faced barriers to opportunity.

- Bridge courses and remedial learning support for out-of-school and at-risk children
- Community-level advocacy to reduce dropout, especially among girls

The Foundation ran its own school in Hazaribagh from 2013 to 2017, providing quality primary education directly to children from marginalized families in the area.

A self-funded computer literacy programme introducing basic digital skills to youth in Hazaribagh, run entirely on the Foundation's own resources without external grant funding.

Annual distribution of stationery kits — notebooks, pencils, rulers, and basic learning materials — to children from BPL families ahead of each academic year, reducing a practical barrier to regular school attendance.
Through our partnership with CACL (Campaign Against Child Labour), we run awareness drives in villages to identify children kept out of school for labour, connect families with entitlement schemes, and reintegrate children into formal education.

Participation in the We the People Abhiyan campaign, which includes a focus on children's right to education and community mobilisation around school enrolment and attendance.

Bridge-course and remedial learning sessions for out-of-school children and those at risk of dropping out, run in community spaces to make attendance easier for children from the most remote hamlets.
