Women and children are at the centre of nearly every programme we run. This theme focuses specifically on child protection, early development, and women's economic and social participation — including active work against child labour.

Ongoing partnership with CACL to identify and document child labour cases in Hazaribagh, Chatra, and Giridih — connecting affected families with welfare schemes and reintegrating children into school through bridge education programmes.

Participation in the WTPA campaign's women's rights stream, covering domestic violence awareness, legal protections under PWDVA, and access to Sakhi One-Stop Centres for women in distress.

Over 500 SHGs across our three districts are led predominantly by women — building financial literacy, savings habits, and collective decision-making capacity that extends beyond income into household and community governance.
Village-level sessions covering women's rights under domestic violence, land inheritance, and personal law — run through SHG meetings so they reach women who are less likely to attend standalone events.
Community sessions targeting mothers of children under five, covering complementary feeding, growth monitoring, and linkage to Anganwadi services under the ICDS scheme.
